| Trendy is a band from Cleveland / Akron Ohio
and they are also huge fans of Green Day - their songs influenced by them. They are all around 24 years old. Aaron is lead
guitarist and singer and he actually did get to perform for Green Day twice at two Cleveland shows and he was chosen by Billie
Joe to play (one time in 2001 and another in spring of 2005). Davey P. (left) is on bass guitar, and Jay (right) is on drums.
Their album, Stupid Generation was just released in 2006. They have many good songs like 'Punk Rocker' or 'Tie the Rope'
and quite a few others - my favorite now is 'S & M Breakfast of Champions.' Currently they don't have any record label,
but they definitely deserve one! All the members of Trendy are hot, but their myspace says they're gay - and I don't believe
that! They are supposed to start a tour this fall so PLEASE look out for them - I think they sound a bit like Green Day.

| I also recently found out that Aaron got to sleep with Billie Joe - or so he says. Their shows are
always fun - so if you have the time, please go and see them! They tour around North Eastern US - around Michigan, Pennsylvania,
Ohio, places like that. I must admit, Aaron really looks up to Billie Joe because he acts JUST like him at the shows. It
was rather interesting. So yeah go on their myspace - a real kick ass band for you. Yeah you may not think that but I sure
do. They were just recently Band Of The Month at Green Day Authority too so yes, they're finally getting well deserved publicity! |
| Right now, they're on a break making a new
album. Aaron's still touring a bit localy around Cleveland at residents houses, small bars, etc. But nothing other than
that!
This statement I make here is nothing more than an opinion
- but DON'T YOU THINK AARON IS SO DAMN HOT?! lol sorry there. Just had to get that out - lol. And I did just have him play
for me and some friends at a party - he's a really sweet guy! Also, the band is recently trying to find a new bass player
because Davey is moving to New York to be with some other band : ( *mourns*. Currently, they are also working on a new album
Aaron said is going to sound a LOT different - kind of like 'Muse' or 'Queen.' Look out for that in 2007! |
